For the 2024 Ilumya Plan of Action Conference we created ILUMYAPALOOZA: a festival conference theme, to get employees excited about 2024 sales goals and celebrate the generation of dermatologists we’re aiming to reach. The conference was set up like the iconic music festival Lollapalooza, with different elements reflecting iconic moments while still connecting to strategic imperatives for 2024. We created a sizzle reel with 90's festival scenes and music, "tour" posters, festival swag, VIP passes and murals, to create festival a mood at the conference.
