For the 2024 Ilumya Plan of Action Conference, we introduced ILUMYAPALOOZA—a festival-themed experience designed to energize employees around 2024 sales goals and celebrate the new generation of dermatologists we aim to reach. Inspired by the iconic spirit of Lollapalooza, the conference brought festival vibes to life, with each element thoughtfully tied back to our strategic imperatives for the year ahead.
To set the tone, we created a high-energy sizzle reel featuring ‘90s festival scenes and music, alongside custom "tour" posters, festival swag, VIP passes, and vibrant murals. Every detail worked together to transform the conference into an unforgettable, festival-inspired celebration of momentum and possibility.
